The logic is astounding with some people. So now we are checking ID's to use the bathroom? A pervert will be a pervert no matter the law. A criminal does not follow the law thus they are called a criminal, or are we assuming transgender people are the perverts and predators?

Let me spell it out for you:

Cops get called because there's a man lingering and checking out women in the female locker room at the public pool.

Scenario 1:
Cop questions the person. Person states to identify as a woman and has a right to be here. Cop goes to cruiser and runs the ID given. ID comes back as 'female'. Cop gives ID back and moves on. If ID checks person as 'male' he gets arrested for sexual misconduct and harassment.

Scenario 2: Cops asks informer if the person is or has done a crime. If answer is no, cops don't bother to come. Lingering and checking out women is not a crime.

In the second scenario a straight male pervert is indistinguishable by law from a transsexual. The association of pervert=transsexual is in this situation totally justifiable as it is the only way to protect yourself as a woman.

Now, is that so difficult to comprehend?!

Guess you were wrong.

And they're voting to repeal HB2, to boot. Maybe all hope is not lost after all.

Except they didn't. NC Senate votes down repeal of HB2; House doesn’t vote; special session adjourns | The Charlotte Observer

That's ok. The fact that a special session was held at all says everything we need to know about it. The writing is on the wall. Repeal is coming.

It was along partisan lines: 16 yes (to repeal), 32 no, (not to repeal).
