Charlotte is prime location for the ACC because it's pretty much in the middle of all the ACC schools.
I bet a lot of the people that go probably don't buy tickets until they know the teams that are in it anyway. I'd also bet Disney World got a few more attendees from SC and VA than they were initially expecting.
