I'm pretty nervous about hiring an exterminator after reading this sleazy thread.
Looking for an "upper scale club" to find a prostitute...sounds like you're going to have to settle on "low class" or settle for a dance. You won't find both.

The upscale clubs are Uptown Cabaret and The Men's Club. For extras, you'll have to proposition the dancers one by one and possibly be labeled as a creep or asked to leave. YMMV.
As another poster stated above, you'll be better off going downscale if extras is what is important to you.
