Hi all. Has anyone used a company that they liked and was reasonably priced for crawl space work? Desperate for advice. The work I need done includes:

--Installing some type of ventilation system (humidifier/fan etc)
--inspecting joists and subfloor and replace only as needed. shouldn't need many replacements- need honesty here
--reattach hanging insulation/install new insulation in some areas
--remove fungi growths where needed
--remove minor amount of debris
--replace crawl space door

I'd prefer a company that does all this. Some companies don't do any wood replacement. Crawl space size ranges from about 3 feet down to about 18 inches

I've used drypro in both my charlotte houses, great service and support. Heard good things about sealing agents too.

Great thanks, Dry Pro was one of the companies I was considering. Good to get that validated. I also was going to check out Falcone Crawlspace.

I would call Accu-Dry. They came out and really impressed me. Not a big company. Small and does the job right.
