Default senior living or good townhomes in 28278

Hi we are moving to Charlotte, but our grandmother will need either senior living complex, townhomes or equivilent. Can anyone give me some recommendations. We dont' want her to be to far from us. We are moving to steel creek area.

Check out Four Seasons. It is about 5-10 minutes away in Fort Mill near Gold Hill Rd & Highway 160 (Steele Creek Rd in Mecklenburg).

They are designed for seniors...I do believe!

GOOD LUCK!

There is also Avery Lake in Fort Mill, it's a little lower price point than Four Seasons and there are single family homes in Pineville NC, The Cottages (age 55 and up) same price point as Four Seasons Town Homes in Fort Mill.
Good Luck with your search.
