Have you tried Compare on Independence? They have Spanish speaking butchers. Perhaps if they don't have what you want, they can tell you where to go.

Go ahead and post it if you'd like. I'd love to try and do it on my own. We got some from Trader Joes - very bland. Definitely not "authentic".

This particular location has been repeatdely busted selling expired meat. Their delis have very low sanitation grades:

The Independence location actually recently received high marks, Most recent inspection is a 97.

I'm glad that you clarified that, Groove, because I just checked it out and found that the Independence location consistently has scores in the 90's. Some of the other locations seem to be having some problems but not the store on Independence. I have a number of friends who consistently shop at the Independençe store and are very pleased with the meats and produce.
