The wife is coming in tonight, and I am going to show her the housing options (500 t0 750k ) in Waxhaw(Providence Downs), Firethorne, WEdidngton, and others. Is there a landmark or address someone can give me in the Eastover area to put into my navigation. Also, if the family is only visiting for 2 days this weekend, any suggestions as to where to go/ what to do?

T. Reid & Co. is 117 Middleton Dr., would be considered Eastover. As for family outings, what about the Discovery Place and you could walk around downtown afterwards, maybe grab something to eat. There's also Nascar theme Park at Concord Mills outlet Mall, go cart racing, bumper boats (if they are operating), video games, etc.
Have fun!!!

IMO, the prettiest part of Eastover are the streets bordering on the back of the Mint Museum. This used to be the main entrance to the museum. SO set your GPS for Eastover Road and He There are also some lovely homes on Museum Drive and Hempstead Pl. The houses along Hempstead (to the North) are some of the largest and most elegant in the neighborhood. Another nearby neighborhood which I love is Hermitage Court which intersects with Providence Road not too far from the Manor Theater. Here she'll be able to see the shopping area that is quite close. Finally, you might want to drive past the Manor towards Queens Road. Here there are many pretty street to see: Queens Road, itself, Sherwood avenue, Wellesley, Radcliffe. Lovely homes and beautiful trees. Have fun!
