Default Zoning Map for Mecklenburg County?

Hi,

Can anyone here help me with where to go get a zoning map for Meck County?

I assume it could be at county commissioners office or the like? If you can point me towards it, it would be much appreciated. thanks..

Mecklenburg County does not manage zoning (except for a small area south of Pineville). Instead, Charlotte and the six towns control zoning within their limits, plus areas surrounding them called extraterritotial planning and zoning jurisdictions (ETJs).

Zoning maps for Charlotte and the Charlotte ETJ are viewable online here:

Zoning Maps

View zoning online for the whole county here:

POLARIS

For more information on Charlotte zoning, contact the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Department: Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Department

For more information on zoning for the six towns, contact the towns.
