I wouldn't eat anything out of that lake. And I live by the 5-second rule. I'd be afraid of catching something for which there is neither name nor medication.
I did an island clean-up on Lake Norman a few years ago and that really changed the way I thought about that place.
I'm a hardcore fisherman. I do all my fishing in the supermarket. lol
