Lake Wylie (Concord: house, live in, bus)

I posted this is the York County SC forum but thought I might get more viiews here. Can anyone shed some light on the commute time from Lake Wylie to the nearest express bus to Uptown? Whether it be in Fort Mill or wherever. It looks like it will be a lot longer commute than from Fort Mill so I want to get my facts before I consider this area. (It would be the Concord Rd. - Hands Mill Hwy intersection area of Lake Wylie)

I live in Riverpointe on the North Carolina side of Lake Wylie right at Buster Boyd Bridge. The commute time from here to the South Boulevard train
would be about 25-30 min if I leave the house at 7:30 or later. I would guess that it would be at least another 15 min from Hands Mill or Concord Road. If you cross the water on 49 you may run into traffic problems however it is much better now that there are four lanes.
