state plates? No, not license plates. Dinnerware. My mom collects the state plates and does not have a North or South Carolina. I would love to find both of these for her to add to her collection.

If you have any idea where I can find something like this, please let me know!

I was thinking maybe hotels?? But, really I would have no idea where to go. I'm sure some gift shops have them. But, again, have no idea!!

Thank you!!

I am assuming you're speaking of souvenir plates (the kind you pick up when you go on vacations, etc.).

If that is the case and you are looking for new...try A Southern Touch, in Fort Mill (A Southern Touch Gifts and Home), or the Hallmark stores (either in Lake Wylie, SC or the new one in Rivergate/Charlotte, NC), or even The Peach Stand (21/160)

If you are looking for a vintage/collectible NC or SC state plates...I strongly suggest Ebay. One of my favorite makers was/is Vernon Kilns (it is a nice heavy plate with excellent graphics)
vernon kilns carolina, Pottery China, Pottery Glass items on eBay.com

...or there's also any of the local antique stores around.

Good Luck with your search!
