buymyhouse:) is on a distinguished road
I haven't read all the posts but I know that McKee Rd elem is going to have less students due to a new school opening up to relieve them. You should also look @ Matthews Elem. It is a highly rated school, but located in the quaint downtown of Matthews and has a community-feel to the school. Matthews is located just outside of Charlotte (on the SE side), but in Mecklenburg Co.

hahahahaha - she's probably decided to stay in Texas after all this - though you and I both know she'd be more than welcome here if she comes as an informed newcomer and not a complainer

solnechko will become famous soon enoughsolnechko will become famous soon enough
I just don't see why NKJaws feels that she/he was forced to move into the CMS district.

I know, off topic...

Loves, wasn't there a task force year before last or so that went to a lot of effort to put together a list of recommendations for CMS, the top being breaking it up into smaller districts? I wonder whatever happened to all of that. As I remember it was led by a number of prominent, brainy corporate types who volunteered their time. I remember thinking it made a lot of sense.

To add a little contrast to this issue, what about Union County? It has crowded schools and new ones coming online. Don't they face the same issues, with trailers and re-districting, etc.?
