Default Anyone have a prefab home by Vanderbuilt Homes?

Does anyone own a prefab home? Does anyone own a prefab from "Homes by Vanderbuilt" of Sanford NC? What is the quality, experience, cost, etc. Thanks!!

Run don't walk. We purchased one of their homes and it was the worst experience of my life. Cost us sooo much money and we were treated like crap when we asked to have the junk fixed. RUN!!!!!!!!!!

Hey JL. We are building one right now and have not been please with the process since we signed the contract.

A friend of mine just moved into one. RUN. FASTER. It was a terrible experience. PM me if you want to talk to an actual client. It was a nightmare.

Well I am building one. I asked some of those who posted about what kind of troubles they had. I haven't heard back. The footing should be going in this week.

Just remember that, by real estate standards, this is called a "modular home" and (I used to say...) probably won't appreciate like a stick-built home. Of course, now that no houses are appreciating, I guess that is a moot point!
