Question Anybody have experience with Rea elementary or Weddington elementary

We live in Malibu area in California. Our daughter is in kindergarten in local public school. We are extremely happy with the experience even she is in the trailer. She does have to walk to the bathroom. But the class does not seem overcrowded. She has 17 students in the class. We are interested in the Union county schools. Is there a cap of number of students per class? In CA there is a law that insures less than 20 students up to 3rd grade. Anybody have experience with Rea elementary or Weddington elementary? Thanks.
