I order from Louisiana Crawfish Company near my hometown of Natchitoches, and nearer Cloutierville where I went to school. After five years of ordering I have never been disappointed, and they are a farm as opposed to a sort of middle man like many are. If I lived nearer Charlotte I would await my invitation.

I agree. Being a chain doesn't mean that it isn't top quality. A good example is Carabbas Italian Restaurants. I have been to several large cities where my friends admit that Carabbas is their best Italian restaurant. One of my friends that loves Carabbas is Sicilian.

I hate to break it to you - there are no boiled crawfish to be found in Charlotte unless you boil them yourself!

Although you could join our LSU Alumni group and come to our annual boil in May Other than that, you order them shipped to your house from Baton Rouge. We like Tony's:

Me and my wife just moved here from MS. Is the LSU Alumni group open to the public? We wouldn't mind having a little fun with some Tigers.
