According to Channel 18, Bank of America Employees have been told to leave Uptown early for their safety.

It's a shame that Charlotte is headed to the likes of St. Louis, Detroit and Baltimore.

I cannot believe that it has come to this! If businesses have to start closing early for fear of rioting it's time that the North Carolina National Guard be placed on immediate standby.

Maybe BofA and Wells Fargo should abandon downtown Charlotte, like the auto industry did in Detroit, and move to the suburbs.

Wells Fargo has done that years ago, CIC. They have a bigger presence out of down/up town.

This is pure ridiculous. Why aren't the police arresting these people? Last I checked looting, arson, and destruction of property is a crime. Smh.

And I agree, WaldoKitty, Charlotte is up and coming but starting to make businesses leave due to this non-sense.

BofA will move to Boston before the burbs. It's not only Charlotte, St.Louis, Detroit and Baltimore. Crime is rising in most big cities.
