My husbands job is in concord. We are coming down in March to check out the area and was looking for suggestions as to what neighborhoods to look at. I have 4 children ages 7,8,10, and 12 so I was looking for somewhere kid friendly and a good school district. They are very active in dance, gymnastics, soccer and art. So looking to continue these activites down there. Any suggestions would be great...

Kellswater Bridge, Moss Creek, Bradford Park, all of these are would probably be of interest to you and your family and may possibly have some rentals in that price range. PM me if I can help.

Don't know why this site will let a real estate agent reply and not someone personally, but the Green Oaks Subdivision down Miami Church Rd. is a great area, great schools, low taxes and there are several rental homes in that area. Let me know if you want more info...
