Do you want a shop in Charlotte, or anyplace specific in the area? Some shops charge a 50% consignment fee. Are you OK with that, or do you prefer a lower fee?
Chifferobe is a portmanteau word, that is, a mash up of two other words. In this case the words are "chiffonier" which is a tall furniture piece with all drawers, and a "wardrobe" a piece with tall doors to hang clothes. A chifferobe combines the two in one piece of furniture. Tall with drawers on one side and a door for hanging on the other side.

Sleepy Poet rents spaces. Maybe the owner could go talk to individual dealers. Since Sleepy Poet is expanding to downtown Gastonia that's 2 locations of dealers. There's a similar type of place, B & B, on US 74, eastbound, between Kings Mountain &;Gastonia.
The owner will get less money by placing items in a shop, but that does keep strangers away from their home.
We'll ask the owner to consider the suggestions above or even their own local paper.
