You really should. Belly dancing is becoming a very popular activity, too, all over the country. I have been reading about that, also. Women are finding this is a great way to get exercise and it is also FUN.

Actually, most seedy strip clubs get poor sanitation grades. Carousel on South Blvd and Crazy Horse on Independence offen recive scores in the 80s. Men's Club is used to always above 95 and I have even seen it 101 a couple of times a long time ago. However, last 3 are 96, 94, and 93.5. Still not too bad.

I didn't realize that until recently. I work with these 2 girls that went to Spain & Morocco last year for 2 weeks just to take Belly Dancing lessons. I thought that was different but who am I to say that.

I'e never looked to see what the sanitation rating is for The Men's Club. I'll have to ask the next time I go.

OMG, Are you seriously checking sanitation grades at nudie bars?

That would be the last thing I'd think of there....

At the one I have actually eaten at (the Men's Club), yes. Not the other ones though. Once the Men's Club ran an ad in Creative Loafing that said "Sunday Crabfest." They have since changed the wording to all you can eat crab legs.

One of the things that scare me about Charlotte.. the judgementalism (is this a word?). The "conservative religious" views, if you will.

If someone is going to judge based on frequenting gentlemen's clubs - than why visit this thread?!

I'm a dyed in the wool Yankee that has been trying to ignore this thread because it grosses me out. "Gentlemen" that frequent (and God forbid dine at???) these seedy joints have issues with women.
