December 3rd is the Christmas parade in Kings Mountain. The Kings Mountain Museum has the annual model train exhibit, & the downtown lightshow is on, effective at 5:30 pm December 3rd.

I know it's after Christmas, but I want to thank Southbound, and publicly endorse, the lightshow . The whole thing runs for a good thirty minutes, and definitely worth seeing for anyone in Gaston County.

It'll be a definite "go to" next Christmas season.

I was very impressed by the lights on Garden Oak Dr in Indian Trail. Very professional considering its on a culdesac of a residential neighborhood complete with brochures and people directing traffic. My wife commented that she thought it was better than the Speedway.
