Hi all! I will be relocating to the area in early 2017. I'm registered on the Zillow and Apartment Guide websites and I have been looking for townhouses to rent in Concord, but I'm not having much success. All of the townhouses for rent seem to be in Charlotte. Charlotte is nice, but I was also considering Concord as well to have more options. Do you guys know of any areas that have townhouses in Concord? I'm coming down next month to house hunt and would like some leads. Thank you!

(I am seeking a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse for no more than $1200.)

It's only 15 miles from University City area to the Concord area. You can definitely find 2x2 townhouses in the University area for that price.

They have townhouses in Moss Creek and in Skybrook (Huntersville address but in Cabarrus County). I'm not sure you'll find them for $1200 though.

I see one on Walkers Glen Dr in Moss Creek. Looks like they have it classified as a condo but looks like a townhouse to me - if you're not already might want to include condos in your search.

I think this might be a time of year when there may not be a ton of rentals available in general though.

Any specific reason you are focusing on Concord though?

Try Afton Village in Concord.

Hi! I was given the impression that Concord may be a better environment to raise my toddler son. I'm still open to Charlotte though.
