Beyond the ABA Accreditation Board which fully accredited the school several years ago, the U.S. Dept of Education which in retrospect appears to have foolishly allowed the school to federal student loans, a few too many adult applicants who naively (or desperately?) accepted admission to among the nation's lower-ranked law schools, other ...?

Setting the above considerations aside, consider how many growing U.S. cities with the Charlotte metro area's population have no law school. Not too many. That's not a suggestion Charlotte specifically needs more attorneys. However, an apparent student demand (lowish LSATs or not so low included) for Charlotte School of Law may suggest an opportunity exists for UNC Charlotte or other NC publicly funded or non-profit universities in Charlotte.

So now you have people who will sue Infilaw for millions because they'll say they were tricked into spending $80k for a degree they'll never get. There's some merit to that. At the same time, I have to wonder why anyone would spend a dime at a 4th tier, for-profit diploma mill.

Then again the median LSAT at Charlotte was a 142, so maybe that has something to do with it...

THis is what happens when a moron is put in charge of something just for the sake of public image. Only qualified people should get jobs requiring qualifications.
