I just noticed that two of the three model homes are for sale at the Chimneys of Marvin. Does this mean that Pulte is pulling out of the subdivision?

I was just out there today. The onsite agent told me that they are building a new "model park" just across from the amenities center, and that is why the current models are for sale.

Which models are for sale? Are they in the MLS? Anyone have pricing details?
