Question Indian Trail

Could anyone help me? We are going to relocate to Union County. What subdivisions in Indian Trail attend Porter Ridge High School?

What is your price range -- that will help narrow down the long list...

For now we will be renting. We want to stay in Porter Ridge High school zoning. We have been doing research and it seems like a nice school but we have also heard that Cabaruss County schools are good as well. Next week we will be up to take a look around. When I go to rental sites all the homes have Charlotte, Monroe address very few have Indian Trail address. Not sure how the subdivisions are laid out.

Some may be assigned to Porter Ridge even if they have Monroe address I believe.

There are not many apartment complexes in the area you are looking, your best bet may be a house. How long is your term to rent?

You are correct! Once you've found an address/home that interests you, call the listing agent or UCPS and inquire which schools service that location.

Indian Trail probably does not have many rentals, which is why you're having a hard time.

Good luck.

I have been on rentclicks.com and there are homes listed for rent in Indian Trail, Monroe and Charlotte areas. We are looking for a single family home, 2 story in a kid friendly neighborhood. I called the school the other day and they gave me a list of different subdivisions in the Porter Ridge school zone but when you at the homes they do not tell which subdivision they are in. We are looking for 6-12 month lease $900-$1200.
Does the local newspapers contain ads with homes for rent that are not managed by real estates companies?

Go online to the Charlotte Observer and click on the real estate section. It is extensive and offers info on apts and houses for rent, even photos of these places sometimes.
