Ok so being so no one has replied I'm very happy as obviously I'll be living in the community by myself! YEAH!! No noisy neighbors

Oh, okay! I like the location, very convenient to get on I485 to go up to the University area in just minutes for shopping or eating out. Whose the builder?

Centex is the only builder. 4 "villages" in the community. About 660 homes and only (i believe) about 40 have been built so far or so

House ready in end of July, closing in end of July.I believe bridges of Mint Hill should be close by correct when done?

Yes, that's correct. I hope you like Mint Hill, it's one of my favorite spots in the county
