Thinking of relocating from DE to Charlotte area. Can anyone recommend nice areas with good schools?

Macaulay - Westmoreland, Cornelius and Huntersville are great - They are building new schools as we speak!

Thank you so much for this post. I am moving to Huntersville and this is the one neighborhood we are liking most and want to buy in. This is so helpful. My cousin and his family moved there two years ago so we are looking to be nearby. I appreciate the pics.

There were rumors that there maybe a school built across the street from there. Not sure how true this will be but just wanted to give you a heads up.

The neighborhood looks awesome. How much are homes in the area going for?

No that's the activity center. It's open for parties upstairs. Downstairs houses changing rooms for the pools. I'm a resident here too. We relocated to Huntersville from New England and didn't want a "cookie cutter" neighborhood. With so many builders there's a nice variety of houses and styles. Great schools too!
