Now That Beazer has pulled out, does anyone know if another builder is taking over this subdivision?

I heard that DR Horton was also pulling out and that Saussy Burbank would be taking their place. If so, that's a good thing. Saussy Burbank is a quality builder.

You're probably right. I just heard Ardrey and assumed it was Ardrey Woods. Thanks for correcting me.

That stretch of Ardrey Kell Road is a bit confusing, let my try and clear it up for you. First, Ardrey Woods is the community that Beazer pulled out of and no new builder named at this time; next is Ardery, built by Cunnane Group; after that is Ardrey Crest, which DR Horton recently pulled out of and Saussy Burbank will be taking over; and finally, you have Ardrey Chase that is a Centex neighborhood. Hope this helps and if someone else knows anything I missed, please chime in.

No problem! Ardrey is a popular name in these parts - it's tough to keep them all straight!

So, now that we're all clear on that, does anyone know anything about Ardrey Woods?

I just saw on MI Homes website, they are going to Ardrey Woods. They have no other info just the basic announcement.

Good news. Nothing worse than an unfinished subdivision
