Is there any way to tell if the county owns a road or a mall does? I'm specifically asking about South Park Dr. directly across the street from the McDonalds at 6428 Fairview Road near Nordstrom's. Between Barclay Downs Dr and Sharon Rd.
Kind of a related question. Does anyone know if the solid white line is equivalent to a stop sign? I guess should an exit like that have both the white line AND a stop sign?
Haha, I didn't do anything wrong. Someone flew through that exit and tboned me and totaled my car. They told the police officer they didn't see a stop or yield sign.
Take pictures and provide your insurance a Google Maps satellite aerial of the intersection. This happened to my wife in a Target lot. The other driver only submitted evidence of "there was a white line but no stop sign." We submitted pictures and a diagram and both insurance companies appreciated the evidence and put th other driver at fault. They said it clearly showed she drove past a white limit line into traffic and hit my wife.

I think this should have been your first question. What does who owns the road have to do anything?
I just looked at the area on google maps. Are you saying you were on Fairview and someone exiting the mall hit you?
