I have friends who work for Dr. Tucker, Dr. Dietshim and Dr. Ferrari (all these connections and still NO Discounts!!) anway, I have seen their work and I can honestly say that they are very good. I believe Dr. Tucker is the most experienced. Dr. Dietshim trained @ Harvard (I think) and Dr. Ferrari was the plastic surgeon here in Charlotte who worked with one of the local radio stations 3-4 yrs ago when they had the "extreme makeover" competition locally. They are also in private practice. I think either of these or the ones mentioned above all have excellent reputations.
