We are considering buying a home in Waxhaw in a neighborhood without a pool. Due to the septic placement and such adding one isn't really an option.
I was wondering if there are any community pools or if anyone knows of any neighborhoods that allow non residents to pay to use their amenities?

Any response is greatly appreciated

Off the top of my head a couple of options...

The pool in the Valhalla community is a club:
Waxhaw-Marvin Swim & Tennis

You also have the YMCA, which will be opening a new location in Waxhaw. Until then you could use the Morrison location:
YMCA of Greater Charlotte - Morrison YMCA
