Birkdale Neighborhood - Huntersville - Photos
Someone posted some photos of the McAuley neighborhood in Huntersville. Others commented they would like to see more like that. So here are some photos from the Birkdale neighborhood also in Huntersville off Interstate 77 Exit 25 (which connects to McAuley). This neighborhood starts with a small area of shops, medical offices, restaurants, golf course, and a health club. As you go further in there are some apartments. Even further in are the single family homes ranging in size from about 2200 sq ft to over 4500 sq ft. A nice variety of homes in a beautiful environment and convenient to everything.
Realize that this is the Birkdale Neighborhood, not to be confused with Birkdale Village which is on the opposite side of Route 73 and include the shopping area. The home there are totally different styling. Hope this posting of photos works!!! Entrance to Birkdale from Route 73 Apartments at entrance Brikdale Golf Course - 18th Hole Residents Center - pool behind it. Tennis & basketball court Only house picture I have is of our home. It's rather basic for this neighborhood. Most others have a more dramtic look.
