Hi,
Just curious to hear from anyone who lives in, or has first hand knowledge of the Town of Davidson, in Rowan County. What would you guess a reasonable income would be for 2 retiring adults to live comfortably, EXCLUDING any type of mortgage or home payments. I realize you can't put an exact figure on something like this, but I'm just looking for an estimate. Thanks for any help.

Bill

The town of Davidson is Mecklenburg county, not Rowan even though you will have a Davidson address at Archer Ridge you will pay Rowan County taxes that are lower
