Greetings,

As we consider different complexes I am interested in finding out what others pay for their HOA fees. I am assuming that the complex will have at least a pool, walking trails, and maybe an exercise room/meeting area.

How much do you pay; is it monthly or quarterly? And, what is the name of the complex?

TIA
Sandy

$180 quarterly. This gives us a pool, excerise room, manor house usage, free community activities, a fancy monthly newsletter. Berewick.

$175 quarter pool, cabana, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, "walking trail" which is merely just a boardwalk within a wetland area which is about 500 ft long and surrounded by a sewage pumping station and a dog park which is also next to the sewage pumping station. Makes it for a lovely day in the summer. Annandale in Indian Trail

$400 per year includes pool, cabana, boat storage area, beach and picnic pavilion. The fee also includes all streetlights and detention pond maintenance due to us being in unincorporated York County.

Thank you for the responses so far. Some of you forgot to mention the subdivision/complex to which your HOA fees apply

Just under $600/yr.
Pool, tennis, walking trails, large well stocked fishing pond (and I actually put a rowboat in there occasionally even though it is verboten), all common area landscaping. Inside Hwy 51.
