Wow. Is it people moving within the area or moving to the area buying the homes? Or are investors scooping them up? Little bit of both, I guess.

i have a lower priced home in mallard creek area, went live today had 18 showings.

I wish this were the case for us

Beautiful 1 story 2500 sqft home, in a highly desirable south Huntersville neighborhood.
We went on the market in March, and have had over 20 showings.
All positive feedback, everyone says it is priced fairly ($350k), shows beautifully, in a great neighborhood, etc.

Yet here we sit 60 days later with it still unsold.
Patience.

We're thinking of listing around the same price. We have 3600 SF, an acre, and a pool...but we are in Concord.
