I have a couple of pieces of fitness equipment that need to get moved from my garage upstairs to the bonus room. I have a Bowflex and an elliptical trainer I need moved. The problem is the Bowflex needs to get taken apart to fit through the door of the bonus room. I don't have the time (or patience) to do this. I had my wife call a couple of local movers and they not only want a 3 hour minimum, but an hour of drive time too. hat is about $400. I was wondering if anyone could recommend someone who could do this and would charge a fair price. I know it is a small job, but perhaps a local handyman service ???

It seems that I have seen this type of service advertised on Craigslist for around $75. Check there.

Well I have called several people, handymen, movers and those through Craigslist, but they either think it's too small for them (read: not enough money in it) or they want minimums which drive it over $300. I guess I will be working out in the garage!!!
