My hubby has a possible job....will be 4 days in Huntersville, and the other day in either Gastonia or Lincolnton (don't remember).
Are the 2 places (Gastonia and Lincolnton) safe areas?
Yes, they are basically safe areas. I am a bit confused, tho. Are you saying your DH will be working 2 days in Gastonia area . . and the other days in Huntersville? Where will you be living? Usually people want to know about safety of the area where they would be living . . . ??? So I am a bit confused.

He would be in Huntersville 4 out of 5 days and south Charlotte only 1 day (I think Gastonia, but I don't think Gastonia is SOuth Char.).
No, Gastonia is it's own city to the west of Charlotte.
To get to Gastonia from Huntersville, he wouldn't have to go through Charlotte at all.
Huntersville is a great area, plenty of shopping, entertainment, low crime, near the lake...etc.

And he'll be able to take the new I-485 leg from Huntersville to I-85. I've noticed they have paved the ramps at 485 and 77 so hopefully it will be soon.

P.S. Huntersville/Cornelius is one of the most desirable and safest areas in Charlotte metro.

Huntersville is very safe area . . . so is S. CLT. Is there some reason you are worried about safety? Will your H be working at nite???
I'm worried about safety only because it seems everyone is always talking about how "unsafe" Charlotte is, and how much crime is there.
In all honesty, I'm in South Florida and it's not so safe here anymore either, so
I don't know why Charlotte is so talked about. .
Having lived in Huntersville for about 3 months now, what do you think about the safety there? I'm going to be moving from South Florida as well with my family (wife & kid) and so far, I had very concerned about finding a safe neighbourhood in Charlotte?

About all Huntersville apartments are relative safe except 2 I would not want to live at Deer Hill and "Huntersville apartments" (that is their name)
