I went to the Fray concert at the music factory last night. It was a blast. I know some people had an issue getting into the area but our only confusion was the police officers directing people away from Seabond or Seaboard street. Even with that mix up we were only in line less then 10 minutes. I think it will have a great impact and bring more venues to Charlotte that cannot fill up Verizon. One other observation was the train tracks that run very close to the music factory. When the concert ended there were tons of people walking towards uptown all over the RR tracks. I said to my wife as we passed that I hope the tracks are not used any longer with the amount of people on them. Just them we heard a horn and looked up and there was a train flying down the tracks. Those people had to scatter off the tracks in less then a minute. When you have been drinking all night there could be issues reacting that fast. They should place a fence along the tracks. I am looking forward to our next concert at the Music Factory. It should be alot of fun.
