You should really think about what you can do w/ the education in med. transcription. There are jobs here in coding, transcription and medical office work. I would not discount it if I were you.

Maybe, maybe not. There would be training in any position . . . I would check out jobs thru/ hospitals and physician practices while looking in other sectors as well. Also, check out what is offered at CPCC, as they have courses that may be available online if you do feel you need a refresher course.

Good luck! I think you may have more opportunities for finding a good job here than you realize!

Corruption........To move to a new city without ever visiting it and feeling it out is really risky and you are setting yourself up for disaster. Also, you really need to be financially prepared to move; if you do not have enough to visit....I don't understand how you could possibly have enough to move. When you relocate you come up against many expenses and having money saved is key!! Lastly, you should really find a job; most apartment complexes will not even rent to you without a job! I really think you should reconsider packing up and moving to an unfamiliar city (that you never have been to) with no job and not much savings.....you could be setting yourself up for a lot of misery!
