Default school comparison

hey everyone. i was looking into transferring to charlotte with my current company (saves me alot of hassle from what i've read about the difficulty of finding a job there...).

i am a single dad and was trying to compare schools to where i live now. does anyone have a good resource for this? my son is not even pre-school age, but it's one of the most important factors to me.

Where do you live now? That would help! There are several teachers around here that moved from another state and now teach in NC, and they could help you compare.

A lot of my clients use this to compare from one part of the country to another: GreatSchools.net I'm not sure if they use scientific survey methods, but it's a start.

To compare within NC, try this: NC School Report Cards
