Hi...can anyone shed some light on the 2 notes subdivisions? Do they offer lake access and close proximity to shopping?

Neither community has a beach for swimming. You will have to take your boat and launch it to swim. The Farms has the public Hager Creek Boat Launch just down the street and has boat storage. At Woodleaf, you will need to launch your boat at Stumpy Creek boat landing 5 miles away.

The Farms is closer to shopping. You have a Food Lion just outside the neighborhood, a Publix 3.5 miles away, and are 5 miles from the Sam's Club, Target, Best Buy, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, World Market, etc.... off Hwy 150.

Woodleaf is 6 miles to a grocery store (Harris Teeter) and 8 miles from these same shops off Hwy 150. So if you need to run to the grocery, expect 20 minutes drive time round trip from the house.
