Unfortunately unless an investigation is lead unbiasedly from outside the team and outside the NFL, I doubt anything will come of this unfortunately..too many people want to protect Jerry.

I'd like to see Jordan, Steve Smith, and the city of Charlotte step up to buy the team. The irony here is that the Greenbay Packers are the only publicly owned not-for-profit NFL team. This announcement came during a game against Greenbay.
Edit: Looks like the NFL has written a by-law that prevents any city from doing what Greenbay has done...
Attendance is why the NBA quickly brought a team back to Charlotte after the original Hornets left. The original Hornets set many NBA attendance records in the 1990s. Also, wealthy Panthers fans such as Steph Curry and many of our business executives with ties to the Carolinas would jump at the chance of owning this team. Lastly, markets like LA have teams now. There isn't a "better" market available outside of Charlotte.
Although I doubt they would move another team, might depend on where the new owner wants the team. NFL might want to appease San Diego, Oakland??? Would NFL allow a group to own a team, as opposed to a single owner or family?
This is really bad news for Charlotte...not just because Jerry did some (allegedly) very bad things, but now you'll have major uncertainty w/the future of the team..

Pretty sure Curry doesn’t have nearly enough money to buy the Panthers, but...
