Default trees, larger lots and good schools??

Any newer developments with all these features? Would love to be on at least .7 acres and have trees (mature) in our yard. I will need a 4 bedroom without going over $450. I don't necessarily have to be too close the Charlotte because we would be working on the outskirts. I would be a SAHM and want an area with good amenities and lots of kids. Sports, ballet and food stores within 10 min. from home would be great. I have been looking mostly in Union county but I wouldn't mind exploring Fort Mills or even Lake Norman areas.

Look at Miners Creek in Lincolnton. Go to allentate.com and type Miners Creek into subdivision. We are building a house there now. Good Schools and large lots. It is east of Lincolnton and west of Denver

Default Mint Hill Area

You should check out the Mint Hill area...still country living and not too close to the city.

Onward,
