I saw 2 of my neighbors today watering their lawns with a sprinkler around 10:00am.

We're still under water restrictions right? Would you turn them in, or turn your head?

My neighbors water their lawn too. I really don't have a problem with it. The wife feels otherwise. If she wants to turn them in she can.

I'd turn them in. Have you seen how low the lakes are? We're in a *drought*, and we need to conserve water. Green grass is a luxury, not a necessity.

Lakes are at or above levels... The ban should be lifted...

I think that the restrictions are being kept in place because they know that the population has exceeded the water supply.

I'm sorry, these are greedy self centered people that have NO regard for you or anyone else. Remember your stance when you go to turn on your water, and there isn't any.

And their ignoring of water restrictions is for a purely stupid reason, vanity.

Check historic *_flow_* of water in our rivers and you will see that they are much lower than normal now, as we are still under drought conditions.

Looking only at a full lake or reservoir is a very short sighted view of the problem. You have to look at inflow, outflow and usage.

I am patiently awaiting the lift of these bans so I can get my sod!

Check the rules where you are as some areas have lifted the restrictions so reporting them wouldn't do any good.
