Hello everybody!!
I hope all is well.

My name is Nise and I am looking for a 2br 2ba/2br 1ba or even a 1br 1 ba for any price range from $600/ mo to $850/mo. We may even be willing to pay a little more for something decent.
I am 9 mo pregnant and I am looking to move into a new place as soon as possible. Me and my boyfriend are currently living in a studio apt, which is nice, but we have no more room for anything, especially not a newborn baby (HELP!).
I am looking to move into a new place by this month hopefully by the 17th. We have been looking since March but it seems like we are having the hardest time finding something, especially with both our work schedules.
I am planning to leave work the week of the 20th to prepare for birth (that is if I don't pop before) where ill have more time to view apts but we REALLY are looking to move into somewhere much sooner than that so we don't have to worry about moving in lieu of caring for a newborn. I may not be able to help him move much now but it will def be harder once the baby gets here.

We honestly prefer to rent out a house but I am also willing to move into an apt, as long as we are no higher than the second floor. I've checked multiple places but each didn't work out due to either it being a really "run-down"(raggedy) place or area or the price being to high for not enough space. (and I promise I'm not looking for anything huge). I just need some help

I would greatly appreciate any options you have to offer.

If anybody on here is renting out a home, knows about a home available for rent, or knows about an apartment complex with current availability PLEASE write me back and I will be happy to provide my direct number so that we can talk more about it.
Me and him both have good credit and can pass a background check with no problems.
ANY suggestions are helpful.

Thank You So Much For Your Time,
Nise

Have you looked on Craigslist or contacted any property management companies in the area?

You should contact a realtor that does rental properties as well. The fee could be well worth it to have access to listings that likely never hit online advertising and our purely word of mouth rentals.
