Default Is Ventura Way Dr apartment okay?
My son wants to move down near us. He would like to be near UNCC or near us in Huntersville. He needs a 2 bedroom apartment for $700/mo or less. Is that impossible? He has one in Ohio for $550. I dont want him in an unsafe area. He found this apartment on line and thought it looked good. I am not familiar with Charlotte. Please advise.

Trish, you really do not want your son there in my opinion. It is very near some bad stuff - including the notorious Hidden Valley neighborhood.

Have him look on the OTHER side of WT Harris closer to Concord or Huntersville okay?

One of the oldest trouble spots in Charlotte - home of one of Charlotte's original gangs - the Hidden Valley Kings. I would stay far, far away from that part of town.
