Curious if anyone knows anything about this subdivision? I see that it is within walking distance of Elizabeth Lane Elementary-we are looking for something family-friendly with lots of kids-would this neighborhood fit the bill? TIA!

I've heard Greygate is nice but don't have personal experience. Our children are in ELE now and really like it. It's a good school and almost all the neighborhoods in the area have lots of kids. MS & HS (S Charlotte & Providence) are also good schools.
