I agree, I love Chinatown in San Francisco. It is the largest Chinatown. Also love it in NY as well. Nevertheless, I bet they make fried rice just like they do in Charlotte. If I want good authentic Chinese, I go where the Chinese go.

Has anyone been to the Dragon Buffet in South Charlotte?...It's tucked away in the Lowes- Walmart shopping Center on S. Tryon...We tried this place and I have to say it was yummy! Not a huge selection like some places have but the food was really really good and the place was packed....I recommend it

I love the House of Taipai in Huntersville across from Birkdale. They serve good size portions of very flavorful food. Please give them a try. They are great.

Chens Bistro is by far the best.
It's in the university area (right across from the CMC University Hospital) on WT Harris Blvd.
Buffet, they have everything, not very expensive

Baoding - South Park
Wan Fu - Pineville
Shun Lee Palace - Cotswold (don't be fooled by the exterior or interior...a little dated)
