According to this website . . . there is supposed to be one at Middle East Delic on E Independence Blvd.

There's one on Independence at this Turkish restaurant. I forgot the name of the restaurant. If you are coming from 277, take Independence, pass Albermarle and Sharon Amity and eventually you see it on your right.

"Hookah Lounge and Bar" - great place - 4508 E Independence. If you go from Uptown - you cross Idllewild - it'll be on your right. They are open up to 12:30 Fri and Sat and up to 10:30 on the weekdays. Just $10, good food and wine!
