The Ryan neighborhood we bought in uses Charlotte Flooring. We were supposed to visit their showroom to pick out tile, etc. I called them, and they gave me a website where I could look at the ceramic tile, etc, but I don't remember the website. I'm sure they could tell, you, though, if you called them. The Ryan reps at the model homes had samples of the cabinets, hardwoods, etc, but if you go to the design center at Charlotte Flooring, they have a lot more choices - all of which are upgrades, I understand. Charlotte Flooring did not have any Saturday appointments, so we ended up choosing from the standard selections at the model. Hope that helps.
I bought a Ryan townhouse. The only design studio that was mentioned was for flooring. I don't know of a website, however, I do have a phone number of the ladies I worked with at Ryan. I'm sure they could tell you if a website exists.
I have a few pictures of the options I chose that I can send to you if you want.
If you're talking about their L&L flooring showroom, I have the website, but it requires a username and password. The website is https://www.designmeeting.com/default.aspx We just did our selections last week, the website is pretty interesting, but not everything on there was available for Ryan homes.
