Default New Subdivisions in the Mooresville and China Grove area

Are there any new subdivisions being built between China Grove and Mooresville?

There are quite a few. What price range would you be looking for? Would you rather look in Iredell or Rowan county?

I'll gather some names and get back to you. Off the top of my head, there is a nice one on Enochville Ave. called Remington Woods. I know the builder personally. Also one going up on 152 but I'll have to check the name. There is a fairly new one on Barnhardt Road . It has a China Grove address but is just off Hwy 152 before you actually get to China Grove. Anyway, I'll do some looking and get back to you.

There is one being built right before the China Grove city limits. Right where the speed limit goes down to 45 on 152. They haven't broke ground on any houses yet. I can look tomorrow at the sign for the name. I'm thinking, off the top of my head, they start at either $170K or $180K. I really should know since I pass it twice a day....

There is another very small development going up right near the county line. Again, can't think of the name....

Only other one I can think of is almost across from the dragstrip (across from Gibbs Race Cars), but judging by the monstrosity I can barely see from the road, you'd need to multiply your 200K by 10 to build a house in there!

Smile developements

Trexbs,
Some of the newer subdivisions on 152 are Forrest Abbey, Sun Stone, and Miller's Grant. There are also some established ones on Stirewalt Rd. and Barnhardt Rd. Just came through there today and also noticed several not new but nice homes for sale. You really should drive down 152. There is alot out there for sale. Good luck!
